Todd is without a doubt one of the most honest and hardworking mechanics I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I originally thought my car only needed tie rod replacements, but we later discovered the rack and pinion was damaged as well. If you know BMWs, then you know that’s a major repair and definitely not a cheap one.
Even with the unexpected issue, Todd had everything repaired in less than a week after the parts arrived. I took the car for a test drive today and it honestly drives better than when I first bought it.
