I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Chris and A&A Any Car. My Buick LaCrosse overheated during an extreme heat situation, and honestly, it was pretty scary. From the very beginning, Chris was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and thorough.
What impressed me most was the communication. Chris kept me updated throughout the entire process instead of leaving me wondering what was happening with my car. He explained exactly what they found, what needed to be repaired, what it would cost, and what they wanted to recheck afterward. There were no surprises, no pressure, and no trying to sell me a bunch of unnecessary repairs.
They found the coolant leak coming from the coolant air bleed pipe, repaired it, refilled the cooling system, brought the car up to operating temperature, verified the cooling fans were working, checked the A/C, and then actually kept it overnight so they could let it completely cool down and recheck the levels and make sure there were no additional leaks. THAT is the kind of attention to detail you want when your car has overheated.
While it was there, I asked about getting an oil change, and Chris had already noticed the oil service reminder and low oil level. They took care of that too and even caught a worn oil drain plug and replaced it. I really appreciate that they paid attention to the whole vehicle instead of just fixing the obvious problem and sending me on my way.
I also appreciated the military discount. Every little bit helps, and it was another example of how well they treated me.
My Buick is my “old lady car,” and I told Chris that I wasn’t concerned about getting it back as fast as possible. I wanted it fixed correctly, reliable, and safe. That is exactly how they treated the repair. I never felt rushed, dismissed, talked down to, or pressured.
Finding a mechanic you can actually trust is worth its weight in gold. A&A Any Car has earned my trust and my future business. Chris, thank you for taking such good care of both me and my old lady Buick. 😂
