Good Quality Work
I took my F150 Fx4 pickup to have some work done. I was greeted with professional courtesy. I explained my problem or issues I was experiencing with my truck. Brian & Chris explained what possible mechanical components or parts could or would cause such issues. (As always, it is best to do a proper diagnostic to find the true root of the problem.). Moving forward: The mechanics found the problem and shared what parts & costs, and explained how to fix it. They gave me my choice as to allow them to do the work or not, I never felt pressured or mislead. I had a great experience and felt confident as to the necessary work needing to be done. I am satisfied with all cost or expenses involved. They did an excellent job on repairing my pickup. If & when another issue arises with any of my vehicles, I will return or bring them here. They all are easy to talk to and understand the outcome of what needs to be done to get your vehicle back up and running, and on the down the road, knowing you made the right choice.
