Great communication with the progress on your car
I appreciate their text communication re: when they start on your car. They include photos to document all their findings, and are humble and honest. They pay close attention to their vehicles that come into their shop and do a thorough job with keeping you informed of the status of your vehicle. You can always hang out at Lion Coffee or Popeyes while waiting for your car. I hung out at the tables on the side of the Hawaii News Now? building and later at Popeyes for the first time, and although Iʻm not a fast food person, I enjoyed their choice of music - Louisiana blues. Timo(teo) is wonderful, communicative, knowledgeable and the bottom line - he wants to take care of his customers.. Bubba knows how to choose his workers. Iʻll be back to follow up on whatʻs needed for my car - which is a 2009 Forrester with over 160K miles.
