Had my Ram 1500 Transmission diagnose by A&G and the system had a lot of metal in the fluid changing from second to third was troubled but, these guys had the software and certified technicians who drove with me with the live diagnostic screen so I could have seen the issue and then, they told a sample of the oil and it had tons of metal. Long story is that, they were very transparent and priced right but overall I felt like a family and they earned my trust because they involve me the whole way even when I wanted to leave they wanted me to stay. I highly recommend this shop.
