I was driving down to Sacramento last night when my car broke down 20 miles outside of town. I got a recommendation here by a great friend. I called them up, even though it said they were closed, and Samson answered. Told me someone would meet us at the shop when Triple A could drop the car off in a couple hours- which was after hours. Such incredible service.
The next morning (today) Samson gave me a call, explained the issues and then was able to fix the vehicle and have it ready by the evening. Which is amazing cause it needed a new water pump and belt. Along with a new ignition lock cylinder.
