Over Rated Place and They OverCharged
This place is overpriced and very expensive compared to other shops around. They will ask you to let them dismantle your car and give you an estimate. Once you do, they have their leverage you are locked. They will use 4-5 days to come up with an estimate, and if you change your mind and take your car somewhere else, they will threaten you to charge a $200 storage fee + diagnostic fee and other fees. I regret going there; yes, they do an okay job, but other honest shops that would do a lot less.

We take very seriously the process of damage analysis and the subsequent repairs required to return vehicles to pre loss condition. 

Our assessment included the parts and procedures as found necessary to properly restore your vehicle, as close as humanly possible, to its pre-loss condition in appearance, function, reliability and safety. 

The manner and thoroughness in which the repairs were performed will have a significant effect on the value of your vehicle, how well it performs in the future, and how safely it transports your family on the roadways. 

Upon review or comparison, you may find our assessment to be more comprehensive than others that may lack the experience, training, or understanding necessary to perform proper repairs as required by your vehicle manufacturer.

We endeavor to provide the highest quality repairs to not only restore your vehicle but to restore your piece of mind.

We have requested a conference call with a Subaru representative in the hopes of clarifying any misunderstanding or confusion regarding the repair of your vehicle. We look forward to the opportunity to speak with you.
