Above and Beyond
I’ve been taking my vehicles to 804 for over five years. Their staff is friendly and courteous. They provide explanations and descriptions of issues when they’re discovered, and help to prioritize urgent work, or monitor less critical items.

Each spring I take my tow vehicle to 804 and they conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to prep the vehicle for towing season. They look through everything, regardless of whether there’s a manufacturer service interval or not. They saved my bacon this year by finding and fixing a coolant leak that I was totally unaware of. Their knowledgeable mechanics have become familiar with the vehicle and are helping to keep my family and me safe on the road. This gives me confidence and security during our travels.

Recently their staff went above and beyond when I forgot to ask about balancing my wheels while the vehicle was in for an oil change. They had already completed the work I asked for, but accepted the vehicle back into the garage and were able to rotate and balance my wheels before close that evening. I was prepared for them to schedule a second service appointment, but was surprised when they said they’d get it done right then. I was very grateful for their flexibility and I appreciate them going the extra mile to get my vehicle finished that day.
