Katrina said she has a history with the business and the communication is not great. She said they were not keeping up with her in regards to the vehicle ,she had to call them for updates. She said one time they told her someone would call her back and they never did, the communication was awful. She said they had her vehicle since December, about 3 months, and they couldn't find one of the parts for it. She was very disappointed, they could have told her sooner they couldn't find one of the parts. She decided to get a new vehicle and scraped the old one to the junk yard. She said she would not recommend them because of what happened and will not be doing business with them going forward with her new vehicle.
