Great, Local Service
Great service. I was able to book an appointment the same day and they took care of my inspections and would change. I appreciate the full report that they sent me regarding my safety inspection. They would have been 5 stars but they never did the tire rotation the noted in the service report. I have 2 different tire brands on the front and rear and they were in the same configuration as when I dropped the car off.

But I still appreciate the service and their recommendations on how to keep my car running in the best shape.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you found our service to be timely and appreciated the detailed inspection report. We're sorry for the confusion on the tire rotation. Almost all of our "jobs" are already prelisted in the computer and we just apply it to the order. After looking into this we saw that your vehicle is front wheel drive, your front tires were at a 9 and rear at a 4 and a 5. Our techs here are trained to not rotate the worser tire to the front of a front wheel drive vehicle. Sorry for any confusion. We value your feedback and will ensure our team keeps a sharper eye on those important notes. Your car deserves nothing less than the best!
