Life Saver!!!
First of all I want you to know that I’m a REAL CUSTOMER and I’m writing this review solely on the absolute WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE that I had as a first time customer. I own a Range Rover HSE Sport that started leaking coolant and making a loud clicking noise. I panic and didn’t know what to do at that time. Of course I was afraid of the potential damage done to my truck and knowing the price tag would’ve Ben OUTRAGEOUS at the dealer. I contacted this shop during non business hours , left a message. The owner Pierre contacted me less than one hour after my leaving a email and voicemail on a Sunday. Pierre was very HONEST with me , explaining from the description of my messages things didn’t sound too good, However he instructed me not to drive the vehicle and told me to have it towed to the shop first thing Monday morning. Pierre was very empathetic but did not sugar coat anything . Upon inspections of the vehicle he contacted me and explained the issue. The price was AMAZING compared to the dealers and my vehicle was back on the road 3 days later! ( NO NOISE, NO LEAKS)., in addition Pierre pointed out a noticeable future repair that even I agreed that I noticed too. We scheduled that repair for the following week. Let me just say that this was one of the most STRESS FREE repair experiences that I’ve ever had owning a RANGE ROVER! We know that mechanics love to see us coming $$$$. . This guy was GOD SENT and I recommend his business to anyone looking for a honest yet experienced foreign car mechanic!
