Very Happy Customer
I was visiting my son in Johnson City, Tn. He needed work on his car and so did his girlfriend. I called Jerime the owner. He said bring both to him. I was never treated so nice and professionally in my life. They fixed both cars in a couple hours while we waited. They have a very friendly staff and professional. I can't say enough good things about them. He explained exactly what was wrong with my son's cars and gave us the price upfront to fix. His prices were very fair.
My son would never ever take his cars anywhere else. I, his father will take my cars to him from S.C. when I visit again. They are the best and if you take your car to them you will agree. You owe it to yourself to try them. You will be glad you did.

Oil Service
Went in to have my oil systems checked out because I was low on oil MUCH faster than I should have been. They were helpful and friendly and got me in immediately. Also offered to look over the vehicle and see if any other concerns arose - free of charge. Did not try to upsell me on anything and even offered to give me a ride back to my house while my car was in the shop. 10 out of 10

Great job!!! I work out of Knoxville and had gotten a screw in my tire. I stopped at 36 Auto repair they fixed my tire and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes !!! Thank you for your help !!!

36 Auto Repair Provides Excellent Service!
I stopped by 36 Auto Repair to speak with Jeremy, the owner. On the way up from Knoxville my oil light came on for the second time over the last couple of months. I use full synthetic oil and maybe don't change it as often as I should. The first time it needed oil a couple of months ago, it needed a fair amount. I thought it wasn't a big deal and that I'd waited too long to take care of it. But by the time I arrived at 36 Auto Repair there was very little oil, again. On the first pass the tech came out perplexed, and said he didn't see where there was any oil leaking. After I explained how it had been full only a few weeks prior he and the other tech (his brother) began to take the issue personally. They determined there was a tiny, but significant leak around one of the gaskets. I also needed a tune-up. What I really appreciated was that they worked as if they were signing their names in bold letters, and therefore wanted to make sure everything was done to a standard they'd expect in their own vehicles. Next time you need an oil change or repair I highly recommend giving this new shop a try. My guess is you won't feel the need to go anywhere else!

Excellent service
Customer orientated. I have an old truck that needed repair work. The staff and mechanics were very professional. My truck needed a lot of unexpected work, and they were up to the challenge.
