Above and beyond
One of the biggest things I appreciated about Luke and his crew at first gear, is their professionalism Luke kept me up-to-date as things progressed for the vehicle they were servicing for me. He was very informative. He explained things very easily and helped me decide what was best for me and the vehicle I had brought to them. Even as I was leaving, they discovered something that needed attention and were quick to resolving it when they could’ve just let me drive off. I appreciate their professionalism and making me feel like I was a valued customer. I’ll be bringing my other vehicle in next week to have diagnostics done on it as well.
