Lawrence said he liked the guy who worked on his vehicle. They could've explained more about the difficulties of passing a smog test without putting it on him, the customer, to reset the monitors for the smog sensors. They did several repairs, which was good, but they depended on him to reset the monitors, it also took a long time to get through the process, it took over a month for him to try to reset the monitors. They did communicate really well and if he needed them, they were there and up-front with him.
