Horrible Service Department
My mother has been dealing with a service writer named Michael for an oil consumption issue. Every test has been done and by Hyundai standards a new engine is the only fix. Michael’s lack of communication is awful. At one point he told us that our claimed expired, yet no solution was attempted. Contacted the service manager and was given the whole shocked response and this would be corrected. Nope nothing changed, we started this issue which is on the recall list at approx 78k miles. And at this point think we are being stalled until the 100k mark and be told, oh sorry not our problem. Everybody has given words but nothing writing stating this would fixed no matter the time frame. Now given this is 2 1/2 years later. It’s a run around and I think Rob Cochran got too big and needs to remember his roots. He accepts all the awards for great customer service, how is this great. Leaving a 70 yr old woman hanging and treating her with the typical attitude towards woman in regards to car dealerships. I hope a GM sees this and contacts us Patty S.
