Top notch service and lightning-fast work!!
The BEST VW mechanics in the 757! I only trust Lester and his team at HB Motorwerks to work on my 20
17 VW Jetta GLI. The last three times I took my car to get work done, it was diagnosed, repaired and ready for pickup with 24 hours. After a new battery was replaced incorrectly, it had several electrical issues (steering rack, radio, traction control and charging issues). Within 2-3 hours of dropping it off, they identified a possible broken part, ordered a new part and early the next day it was changed out and all issues were fixed! The team there provided the best customer service I've ever seen at a mechanic shop.
Incredible service, super quick turnaround and total professionalism from start to finish. I wont be taking my car anywhere else!

Another great experience
I have been using One Stop Auto for repairs, and this was my first time getting an oil change. They c
alled me to let me know they had detected a nail in one of my tires and gave me a quote for fixing it. When I went to pick it up the next day, they told me the tire had not gone through the tire and therefore, didn't need the extra repair. What other auto shop provides such honest service? They are amazing, and I can't beat the additional perk of having them a block away from home. I greatly recommend them.

2020-Repeat customer, outstanding value and service. Special thanks to tech Jenna for noting the issu
es with my (now fixed) sway bar links and worn rotors. Our old Ford runs like it rolled off the factory line.
2019-Fantastic service, fair pricing. Like others have said, if you're looking for good old honest, quality workmanship; you'll find it here.
