Typical oil change but Norm & Taylor found a slow water pump leak. No puddle in the garage so I would
not have discovered it until it failed and left me stranded somewhere.

for car care is being trustworthy. When I'm on the road, I want to know my vehicle is reliable and safe. James has been so thoughtful, you know when a person cares, when you get a warning light on your dash, and they take time to check your vehicle when you are going on a long mileage trip!! James was so quick to care for our vehicle and I'm so grateful. That kind of service is so valuable. It is not a business where a person may feel like they are a number for an ad campaign. Not fancy but a hard working station doing what they are supposed to be doing -- taking care of vehicles and add in good customer service, and I don't have to be concerned about a big surprise bill or being told l need excess repairs.
