I started with Gary’s a few years ago when my Prius had a dead battery (the regular battery not the P
rius battery). I live just down the street and had it towed there. John and the crew were so friendly and helpful. It was not a bad way to spend a New Years Eve afternoon. Since then I’ve gone back for oil changes and regular maintenance and have always been satisfied. I’m preparing to drive cross- country and John and Gary and the crew serviced it yesterday. . Yes, I hemorrhaged a great deal money doing this. On five occasions, I did take my car into LBR to get a second opinion for root cause and cost comparison. For all five, they exceeded my expectations. They are very professional and are not in the business to nickel and dime their customers. I plan to take my car to them going forward instead of the dealership.
