This was my first visit to Precision Motors, and I was helped by Hector, the shop’s manager. I brough
t my Honda Civic in for a brake inspection (the odometer reads just over 110,000 miles). Hector checked the vehicle right away and walked me through his assessment.
He showed me that the brake pads still have plenty of life left, so no replacement was needed. In fact, Hector told me the car is in excellent condition overall. The only issue he found was a leak in the rear shocks, which he recommended replacing. I agreed, and he had the new shocks installed within a couple of hours.
The entire experience was fast (in‑and‑out the same day), reasonably priced, and completely honest—Hector clearly explained what truly needed attention and what didn’t. I’ll definitely be returning to Precision Motors for future service.
