I have been taking my car to Bill W. for many years and I would not even think of taking it any where
else for repairs. My husband recommended Bill when I had a problem with my foreign made car. I had been taking it to the dealership because no one seemed to do repairs on it other than them. I was being ripped off by the dealer, having taken my car back several times being told there was nothing wrong. Upon taking my car to Bill, he had it for 1 hour and diagnosed the problem and had it back to me the same day running great! I was impressed from that moment on. My husband and I refer to Bill and his associate Paul before buying any car! Bill and Paul charge very reasonable rates for all car repairs, big or small. Both do great work, scheduling an appointment is easy and I have never had to wait more than a day to get my car back. I am and always will be a loyal customer! Keep up the great work!

Paul is a very reliable and a professional mechanic that you should count on!
My wife and I drove the Honda Pilot for breakfast in the Media area on Wednesday morning. However, so
on as we arrived at the parking lot, I found out our car could not be restarted. I felt so helpless as there was no one near by that I could ask for help, and I never thought my car would fail me. I called Paul for help immediately! He calmed me down even though it was one of his busiest day with his assistant out sick. He then told me to enjoy my breakfast and he would call me back in 15 minutes once he freed up. I felt very relaxed after talking to him and, to my surprise, he not only called me back but he showed up in the parking lot, ready to offer his help! My car started right after he helped jump my car and had identified that the battery terminals were loose and the battery was bad. I took the car to him the next day for repair; he not only helped rescue me from my strangle but also resolved my battery and connection issues. He is very reliable and a professional mechanic that everyone should count on. Thank you, Paul!
