This shop is different than most indie mechanic shops you might come across, and by this I mean it’s
clean, organized and they care for their customers’ cars. They have a full time service help/receptionist who will take your call and explain, listen. Most indie shops phones get picked up by the mechanic who’s in the middle of turning a wrench. So far, great experience with the staff at Bob’s!
