xpressed out of sheer frustration and confusion I had towards my dealership not those two ladies. So I apologize because since said incident guess what I had to take my car car to them and they accepted my vehicle with no ill will towards me. They have treated me with nothing but with the utmost respect and they keep me informed about every thing that is going on with my vehicle and give an explanation if I don’t understand. So as a woman who knows nothing about cars I’m appreciative that I took my car back and it was accepted especially after a review that should’ve never been written because it wasn’t for them. So I thank you ladies for taking my as a customer and still providing me the best service that you offer. Outstanding - Professionals
The guys there, especially Dustin, are lifesavers. We were in Jacksonville from middle Tennessee and
had engine problems. We were referred to BakerBuilt by someone who said these guys don't do the kind of work we need but may know a good place to take it to.
Well, as it turns out, the guys there, Dustin and Brandon, decided to make an exception and show mercy and were able to fix our vehicle and had us back on the road within hours. While we were there we noticed they had some really nice vehicles they were working on. Just by the care they were showing those and our truck as well, I know they do TOP-NOTCH work. They were very thorough and very price conscious, which helped us out tremendously as our parts were quite expensive.
