Great customer service very informative
Great place great staff great customer service just oil change more expensive then El Monte but was amazing that match the price :) appreciate it amazing

They get the job done
Most everything about the experience was good, except for the courtesy shuttle -- I had called ahead to make sure that service was available. Sean said indeed it was, but when I went in for service, the process of getting back to work (1.1 miles away) was a little frustrating. However, the rest of the process of maintenance and inspection on my Elantra was as good or better than expected.

closest to me. I use to go to WIN, Sean Kim kept me informed of the update of my car.
When the 1.5 hour went to 4 hours, I wish I was told that there was a shuttle that would have taken me back to my office. I was told there was a shuttle when I only had 1 hr let to go. wasn't worth going back to office at that time.

Best dealership
The service is excellent. They have shuttles, free food while you wait. They wash your car with an oil change. And alwYs friendly great customer service. I tell all my friends about the puente hills dealership. They are awesome!

Buyer's remorse with the Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan
I purchased the Pre-Paid Scheduled Maintenance Plan at the time I purchased my new vehicle (Hyundai Sonata Hybrid) exactly 1 year ago. I went in for scheduled maintenance due at 15,000 miles. As per Hyundai's Service Manual, that means an oil change, tires rotation, and replacement of the cabin climate control air filter. I ended up with those items getting replaced, but still "needed" a wheel alignment and a throttle body service? After 1 year and exactly 15,000 miles of use? Of course, those last 2 items aren't part of the required Scheduled Maintenance that is covered by my Pre-Paid Scheduled Maintenance and I had to pay out of my own pocket for those items. Very suspicious.

Not enough Technicians and service advisors. Estimating time of service needs to be better.
Communicating with client on status is very important. Specially if not going to be ready as promised.

Great service!
Staff was friendly and the oil change was completed in a timely fashion. I brought it in before lunch and I was told that it would be complete within two hours since the mechanics would be on break, but the oil change was finished as mentioned.

Will be returning for any other service should the need arise.
