Very professional & friendly and provide quality services
1. Service representative Sean was excellent at customer services. He is very professional at his job too. He explained my car condition very clearly and help me to identify the needed services for my 30,000 miles check up at a reasonable cost. 2. This time the automate performed was very detailed and clean. I really appreciate the automate team for this visit. My previous automate experience was not as detailed and clean. Thank you Hyundai service team!

I would recommend the PH service any time to my friends.

HOWEVER, I will not recommend the PH sales business to anyone namely due to the unethical fleet manager Yessar.

Great Service Providers
The Service Advisors are courteous and thorough. Sean Kim was great. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one of them. During the servicing of my vehicle he kept me informed. I will always use Puente Hill Hyundai for my service needs.

Efficient from the start. Comfortable waiting room. Good treatment.
I have never been to such a nice repair shop before. Later in the day, I told several friends how impressed I was. I wish I had gone there years ago. I'm definitely coming back.

Excellent customer service
I brought my car in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I was helped by Sean, and from the start he was very personable and made an effort to hold a conversation with me. He was very knowledgeable about cars, and was able to answer all of the questions that I had. I would highly recommend all of my friends and family who own Hyundai vehicles to get serviced here.
