Very kind and understanding
Matt Austin was just as kind & understanding to my predicament as if he was my brother. He was very helpful by explaining in detail what had happened to my car and what actions needed to be taken immediately and what could what for a short while. I will never take my car anywhere.

They take Your Revu
While I give high marks... no one came to let me know my car was ready, after about an hour in the waiting room I walked out to the service area and my car was sitting there-not sure how long it had been ready, was a good thing I went out to see for myself. Also, I had asked the intial service rep to check on a floor mat replacement but I never saw him again and the guy who checked me out never mentioned it. I’ll recommend but a Google review is pending based on response from my comments below. I think I already know the reply. Let’s see. Screenshots are useful at this point.

Thank you for the feedback. We appreciate your response. Any and all feedback only helps us get better. That particular recall takes anywhere from 45 minutes to and hour and a half. I am sorry that you were not updated while you were in the waiting room. I am the advisor who initially greeted you. I had a Doctor appointment and had to leave shortly after greeting you. I do remember you asking about the floor mat, and as I mentioned then, we do not have any individual mats. All our mats are sold as a set, and unfortunately, we do not have any used ones. I cannot know for sure, but based on the time you said you were in the waiting room, when you came out, it could not have been finished for long at all. I do apologize again for not updating you. That is my fault. I should have introduced you to another advisor and let you know that I may not be here to get you out. We strive for our customers to receive outstanding service, and I personally take responsibility if you did not receive it this visit. I welcome you to give me a call at 205-314-0311 and I will be more than happy to discuss it more with you. I did ask about the mat, but I thought that I conveyed it better to you that we would not have one, but I would check. We did not have any. I will be happy to keep a look out for one for you, but we just do not get many used mats. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. As I said earlier, I would be more than happy to discuss this matter further with you at any time. Thanks again for you response and feedback. I am upset with myself that you did not leave with a better experience. I appreciate your business.

Car owner
Service Adviser (Matt) handled my appointment over the phone courteously and efficiently. While in the waiting area, all customers were wearing masks and seated a safe distance apart. I also noticed all employees I encountered were wearing masks. I had a short wait for service. This was my second visit for service and both went very well.

Very easy service setup.
I carried my Sonata in with a code. They found out what the issue was quickly and fixed the problem very promptly. Excellent service.

Answers During Covid-19
During the Covid-19 isolation, I have driven my car only occasionally for three months. When I did need to drive it for a doctor's appointment, it wouldn't crank. In fact, I couldn't even get in my car because the battery was dead. Here's where the key became important! I called Tameron Hyundai, and they reserved a place for my car immediately. My roadside assistance towed the car in, and by the afternoon I had a new battery. Because I was waiting for a grocery order to be delivered during this covid-19 crisis, I couldn't leave the house. So, I called and Joe told me not to worry. My car would be fine overnight there. Matt and Joe solved all my car problems. When my friend took me the next day, we didn't even have to get out of the car, although we were prepared with masks and gloves. I gave them my credit card out the window; they gave me my car key in the window. I drove the car home, and all was well with the world again - well, except the corona virus is still here. At least my car is ready to go now, though.
