Excellent Service Always
I am always happy to take my car in to the service department at Tameron Hyundai. They are very cordial and helpful. They have a nice waiting area where (even during Covid 19 restrictions) I feel secure and safe.
I appreciate the way they tell me about how long my appointment will take and they are very accurate. My service on my car is done in a timely manner and I am on my way!

Service Department
The service department representatives are always polite and keeps me inform on what my vehicle needs. Scheduling an appointment online is user friendly. I have had a good experience each time I have brought my vehicle to be service. The waiting room and restrooms are clean. Good snacks as well as water and coffee are available.

Tire fix
I noticed one of my tires was low on air so I came by the service department and asked them to take a look at it. They quickly noticed a small nail in my tire. Luckily it was in a spot that was able to be patched. They were able to fix it for me right then. They provided quick service and I was on my way in no time!

Fair timing
I came in about an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment. It took longer than I thought, but there were other people who got there before me. So, the time it took to work on the car was good.

Customer Service via the Service deparment at Tameron Hyundai is exceptional
When getting my car service, the service department at Tameron Hyundai in Hoover are usually on point. It often takes no more then 30 minutes to an hour to wait on my service to be complete on my vehicle. They give no pressure and ensure you know what should be taken care of the next time you bring your vehicle in to be serviced. I bought my first Hyundai from this location and I have yet to have any complaints about their service department. They always are looking out for the safety of my vehicle when it is brought to this location.

The reps are professional and do not try to sell you something every time you come in for a simple oil change. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable with wifi and large television. Appointments are generally available just a day or so in advance. I have noticed that I used to be in and out in about 30 minutes, but the last several times it has taken closer to an hour.

very friendly people, they know their product.
I like to my car serviced at the dealer ship where i bought it at instead of just somewhere that knows nothing about about my car.I give the service department a 10 for their service.

Excellent service and fast!
I had a great experience at Tameron Hyundai service department. They were friendly and gave me a tour of the lobby. They provided breakfast and beverages which was really nice since my appt was at 7:30am. They also completed my oil change timely and I was able to make it to work on time. Awesome service!

Accessibility, professional service and courteous personnel.
Although I did not purchase my Hyundai here I have always had professional and courteous service. My experiences since starting going to Tameron in 2018 have always been pleasant with niver any return issues.
