Fine service. Needs to pay attention to the details.
A few days after my appointment the tire sensors went off for low tire pressure. This was supposed to be included with the package I got and it was not done properly as several tires were 5+ PSI below what they should have been.

Excellent customer service from face to face communications to electronic communications and discounts offered without asking but simply because I elected to have the work done there. I felt like my business was very much valued and appreciated. Attention to detail was great and is rare in the service world today in general.... it was a refreshing experience.

I feel like I matter and that I am appreciated as a Customer.
Something that would be nice to do while I am there is to have a computer set up that would take me thru what it would take to upgrade to a new vehicle, what upgrades there are to the new vehicles, what deals are going on at that time, and how to get a close quote to what my vehicle is worth.
