Great customer service and friendly staff
I have had my car serviced at Voss since the day I bought it in 2004. Believe it or not, the same service advisors greet me each time I go in. We celebrate the increased mileage on my car as it has become comic! I have now proudly hit 35,000 miles! I have never been encouraged to have work done that wasn't needed, despite always thinking something big should be done, lol! I really appreciate the service department. The sales folks are just as professional. Thanks for years of consistently great service!

I’ve had multiple visits to Voss Hyundai, all for non-essential things since my 2011 Tucson is a fantastic car. Each time they were very courteous, got me in quickly and even washed my car before returning it to me. For the first time since I’ve owned my car I had a problem with my gearshift. Voss got me in within a couple of days whereas the dealership where I actually bought the car couldn’t get me in for over two weeks. They explained exactly what was wrong, exactly what the cost would be which was very reasonable and even provided me with a free shuttle directly to my home which was about 15 miles away while they worked on my car. When my car was done only a few hours later, they sent Mike back to come pick me up and take me to my car. Mike is a great conversationalist and made the 20 minute ride very comfortable. I highly recommend Voss Hyundai.

Voss does good work and they have proven to be honest. This time I felt it took a little to long for the service. It was a little over an hour for an oil change and tire rotation.

    Thank you for your feedback and continued business with us. I did take a look at the total service time that you were in for, normally an oil change and tire rotation do take just under an hour, but you also had a recall for software update and that is what took the addition time. I will follow up with your advisor about them not setting the correct time expectation with you during the write up process.
