Fast and friendly service
My first service was a smooth and easy process. Shuttle service to/from my office is a terrific benefit made better by my driver (sorry Mike or Mark). See you in another 7500 miles.

Great People!!!
They seem to have a high retention rate of the staff at this Hyundai dealership. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with my car serviced with no problems whatsoever and plenty of friendliness and comfort always accommodating my dog.
Had a horrible experience with Hyundai Corporation on my car engine blew up. Therefore will never purchase another

I have a 2016 Elantra and I only take it to Voss for its health care checkup.....Mark is wonderful to work with and so far everything has been great....I would highly recommend this dealership.

The Best Customer Service I've Had for Car Maintenance
Prior to coming to Voss, I went to a Hyundai dealer in Columbus to have my car serviced. At this location in Columbus, I merely had my oil changed and diagnostics tests run. They told me that I needed new tires, alignment, balancing, breaks, and a host of other things to get maintain my car. Doing all of what they recommended would have costed me more than $1000. When I came to Voss, I got my tires balanced and aligned, my oil changed, and filters replaced (I have a little one on the way and can't have her breathing in poor quality air). They also gave me a diagnostic report that let me know everything was fine, and I actually did not need to do everything the other dealership was trying to get me to pay for. Needless to say, I will never go back to that Columbus Hyundai dealer. Voss also secured me as a customer with their friendly service and conversation (Mark and Greg). I think it is also a major plus that Voss washed my car. As a customer, I don't take the little things for granted, and certainly don't take an $1000 overestimate for granted either.
