calling in and scheduling service is a breeze, you actually talk to a person! the Service techs are all friendly and will answer any questions with out making you feel uneducated :)

Exceptional service experience!
I had a great experience at the Tameron Hyundai service department. I was greeted immediately once I arrived by the service representative. He listened to my concerns about any issues with my 2012 model Elantra. He texted me and kept me informed of any recommendations with my car and informed me when my car was available to pick up. Satisfied customer!

Speedy and knowledgeable service
The folks here at Tameron Hyundai know what they're doing and don't provide excess information meant to confuse you into agreeing to unneeded services. They provide the information needed for the task at hand, always asking for permission before making any repairs or adjustments, and work quickly once the services are agreed upon. Their communication was fantastic and really solidified my desire to continue bringing my vehicle to their dealership and service department.

You arrived with out an appointment around 4:30 in the afternoon needing your vehicle repaired as soon as possible. We did the best we could to accommodate . We repaired your vehicle given the time frame and work schedule. We also discovered the issue  stems from a water bottle that was left under your seat. We absorbed the expense for you instead of charging you. Given the circumstances I feel as if my team went above and beyond to help you. I am sorry you feel as if your service advisor was rude to you. We spoke in length today about your visit with us to make sure your next visit with us could be more pleasurable.

I was able to get a service appointment much sooner than anticipated. The cost of the service was exactly the estimate, and the job was finished at the exact time it was promised. Seamless, professional service experience.

Tameron is like taking your vehicle to a close friend for repairs. The facility is relaxing if you decide to wait. If you decide wait or not for your vehicle, you'll receive timely feedback if items are found during the inspection that require you attention to keep your vehicle running optimally. The staff is professional and customer friendly.

Matt in the service department is a 5 star employee !!
Matt in the service department is very courteous and professional. He kept me thoroughly informed about what was needed for my car. He broke everything down even the cost. His insight was appreciated and beneficial. He is my go to person I rely on because of his honesty. I feel confident and assured when he assists my needs in getting my car serviced.
