Jae Lee was my service rep. Very personable, and polite. Overall, the service department is very organized and well-run. Now my granddaughter has a Hyundai and she’ll be taking it here as well for service.

Great Service Advisors
In May I took my 2014 Sante Fe Sport in for scheduled maintenance and a repair. Things did not go smoothly at first, however my service advisors Jae Lee and Sean did an outstanding job in resolving my repair issue. Both Jae Lee and Sean assisted me in keeping the cost reasonable and made sure my work schedule would not be effected. I am very grateful for their efforts. I recommend both of these advisors to anyone taking their vehicle to this service center.

I missed my scheduled appointment and did a walk in. This service was just an oil change, I was in and out within 45 minutes. I watched the mechanic conduct a complete vehicle inspection. Puente Hills Hyundai is the only place for service on my 2015 Genesis.

Had a bad service experience where I bought new my car in el Monte (they themselves broke my nav system with an unnecessary update, said that my check engine light was due to an aftermarket charging cable (no it was due to loss of power in the sonata phev batter wiring thst was fixed with a recall, done well at puente hills). But the kicker is that initially they tried to pass everything off as normal without offering me any explanations. It was only because I had some info from the service tech and had GOOGLED THE ERROR CODES that they finally told me what happened.

This didn't happen at puente hills. The opposite happened. I love them. Maybe not, but after crappy service earlier I definitely appreciated the rental being ready and the service being done very fast and easy. Thanks

Service was great!
My maintenance service was fast and informative. Brought my car in at 9:15 am and was out the door by 11:30 am. My service included a standard oil change, replacement of two parts under recall and the usual exterior car wash. Very happy! Thank you.
