the people are great
every time I come for service I'm greet it. it is very pleasant. the people are wonderful. I will recommend and always come to Puente hills Hyundai. the one person I will always see is (Javer Esquivel) he is the best, he is veru knowledgeable. he always recommends what my vehicle is due for. always lets me know my next service. the vehicle is always wash and vacuum. thank you thank you.

Outstanding and Laudable Service
From the moment you arrive, you always find a spot to leave your car. Almost immediately you are welcomed (very nice welcome; with a smile and exemplary kindness); then, you enter to a room when immediately your presence is noticed by the maintenance specialists. An employee whose name is Javer Esquivel, does an excellent work when in no time, asks you for the motive of your visit. He immediately takes control of your situation and gives you detailed and full information of the process, your car's needs and the time expected to get it back. I've hardly found an laudable service like his!! Then, the time he estimated was less that we both expected since my car received the service what was needed. It was a very nice surprise to get it back clean and ready to go. I want to express my gratitude for having a staff that is highly trained and is goal oriented. Congratulations! The experience was pleasant and is an example of the impact that creates a job well done. Congratulations!

friendly people but most of no problems so far with the things i get done there
Being an older gentleman cost is a major issue today, minor and especially major service to the car is hard to save for . . . I have so far been able to keep coming to get these services but the older we get the harder it is

Note NFL is an issue we me I have stopped watching football and as I find sponsors of the NFL that still support them I have stopped buying their products
*THE AMERICAN FLAG MEANS EVERYTHING TO ME AND TO THE AMERICAN WAY OF LIFE AND FREEDOM . . . JUST SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT, I HAVE BOUGHT TWO HYUNDAI'S IN THE LAST FEW YEARS ???

bad customer rep
steeling recall didn't get fixed the first time (2 years ago), told the reps same day at that time that it didn't felt right and it didn't get fixed right, and he said it supposed work that way and should be fine. brought it back this time (2 weeks ago) for another recall and told another reps about the previous recall didn't get fixed, he went and do a drunk driver type of test drive, he also said there is nothing wrong with the steeling, I told him I drive other cars and none have this problem before, the steeling is so light and loose that I can navigate it with just one finger. after 3 hours of repair wait, he finally admitted the steeling was way off and there was a problem with it and his tech boss fixed it. While prepping his service render paperwork, he added that my battery is bad and need to get it replace right away, stupid me to believe a Hyundai customer service, so I took the battery out to the store and they did a 2 hours burn in test, result came out totally normal, nothing wrong, the battery was only one year old.

Memorable experience getting my Sonata serviced. Javier was extremely helpful, efficient, and made my service experience an easy one. He also made sure to alert me to the next round of scheduled maintenance and what that would involve from a time and cost perspective. Appreciated being informed of what to prepare for.

I purchased my last two cars from PH Hyundai and I always have my car serviced there. They always give me great customer service. Javier in the Service Department is wonderful. If I have a question, I can call him on the phone and mention my last name and he knows right always who he's speaking to. That's really getting to know your customers and having a good relationship with them. There were a few major things I needed to get serviced that I had put on the back burner so this particular visit I got everything done, my car rides so much better now. I may have paid more than what I wanted to but the services had to be done. In the long run it's worth it!
