Cheyanna was super helpful
Regarding my experience in the service department, Cheyanna was really helpful and was actually sincere about getting my car repaired. She got me into a rental and helped with discounts. The mechanics on the other hand really don’t know their own cars. One of them took the wheel off and told me this is where the knocking noise is coming from as he shows me a blown out stabilizer link. As well as a bad shock on the right side. Well after fixing the stabilizer links the knocking noise is still as loud as ever driving slowly. And not just on the right side. It’s clear and obvious all over the suspension of the car. And keep in mind the mechanic told me 3 shocks were good but $2000 later/2 visits here and the knocking noise I paid to fix originally is still there. So I’m going to a real mechanic to diagnose the issue. The mechanics definitely need more experience and training. I’m giving a 4 star because Cheyanna was professional and extremely helpful, it’s not her fault the mechanics don’t know how to diagnose the issue

Spent a lot of money and the same problems persist
Was told if I spent 1900$ on repairs noise from suspension would stop but the problem still is there and possibly worse

Stuck on vacation
I can't say enough about how great Ken Garff Hyundai was at getting my vent fan motor replaced when I came into town with upper 90 degree temperatures on vacation! Cheyanna heard my problem and scheduled me to bring my car in on that Friday afternoon after I checked into my hotel. When she told me they couldn't get to it until Saturday morning, she arranged a rental car and handled everything. My car was fixed by Saturday morning before noon and we were able to salvage our vacation. This took a LOT less time than expected and they were great to deal with. We were in somewhat of a desperate situation without AC on a record-setting 96 degree day (3/25/22) and Cheyanna and Ken Garff Hyundai took care of us and got us back on track in a short amount of time. I will recommend their service center to everyone when another dealer told me they were booked up through April and offered no help at all.

Super nice , noticed I was in a hurry , she was fast and intuitive to my needs totally went out of her way , and when I came to pick up the car she remembered me by name and Greeted me with a smile , I was in and out before I knew it , I will be back!

Was easy to make an appointment for my Tucson. Upon arrival I was greeted and filled out the necessary paperwork and then shown the waiting room. Upon completion of the service I was escorted to my vehicle. All work was completed according to the service manual. Would I go back for service, YES.

I wish the service technicians were as good as the advisor
Cheyanna has been great to work with, she's made sure to address each issue as they come up. The service technicians are not making her job easy and have created problem after problem, but Cheyanna has been extremely helpful and courteous throughout each issue, making sure to get things taken care of as quickly as possible and keeping me in the loop throughout the process. We are currently working together to solve the (hopefully) last of the issues, but i'm confident she will get things taken care of.
