I got an appt for warranty service the very next morning after calling. Cheyanne was very helpful. The vehicle was serviced within the predicted time period, and got a free car wash. This is teriffic customer service, which exceeded expectations.

The maintenance schedule for 45,000 miles on the website had a lower price than the actual cost at the dealer by a LOT. Someone needs to work on the website as I would never leave any information on it because it does not instill a secure feeling. It looks good but not very functional or up-to-date.

they try hard to accomodate the customer
Service department does bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied (namely, service advisor Cheyanna Angevine), she seemingly went out of her way to keep in touch as the repairs were progressing with my 2015 Genesis. I will surely ask for her for my future maintenance/repair issues.

The people at Rodeo do good work and seem to care about their customers. The service adviser Cheyanna did a great job in taking care of my issue. I was satisfied with Rodeo but not with Hyundai. My car has less then 30,000 miles and was purchased 5 years and 2 months ago. I felt that my engine problem should have been covered by my warranty. I appreciated a partial refund but in view of the very low mileage, Hyundai could have done better. The warranty could have created a lot of "good will" by covering the engine problem. I will be back at Rodeo and Cheyanna should be given a raise.

EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. I am a relatively new Hyundai owner, so still have questions about service plans, warranties, equipment, etc. I was able to speak with the "specialist" on each topic and all my questions were answered. My appointment was originally just for my Armor Protective Coating, but they were able to fit in my oil change as well. I enjoyed coffee and a donut while I worked on my laptop, and I drove out of there 2 /12 hrs. later with all costs covered by my service plans!! Thank you!!
