Great customer service
I was contacted by Cheyanna shortly after leaving a review about my bad experience. She then asked me to come in and get my car cleaned and an oil change free of charge (which was promised to me at first but I never got it). All while she had a very positive and helpful attitude we came to a great solution and my 2 star went to a 5 star. I would recommend to everyone.

Great customer service
I was contacted by Cheyanna shortly after leaving a review about my bad experience. False claims
Receipt stated the interior of my vehicle was cleaned, it most definitely was not cleaned up as a “perk” of using a Hyundai dealership for my recalls.

This is the third time that my vehicle has gone to Rodeo for routine service. Each time I received excellent service. This last time, my vehicle required follow up service after an oil change. Rodeo was prompt to respond to resolve this small issue.

Experienced, respectful, no pressure sales staff.
At other dealerships one often feels like the sales staff is ready to pounce as soon as you arrive! Rodeo Hyundai let us browse, answered our questions, took us for a test drive out to our home to make sure our new car would actually fit into our cramped garage! The process of handling our trade-in, acquiring our registration & plates, scheduling maintenance was effortless for us! Thank you!
