Service is Great. Sales still has some work to do.
First, Let me say the service department is run very well at this dealer. Anytime I have brought in anything, the staff is very friendly and they get things done. Although this review is about the service department I do have to say this. I purchased two vehicles here in 2017 and 2018. I didn't get any kind of discount for the purchase of my second car which is absurd. Secondly, in the last three years, I have never gotten a call about how our vehicles have performed as a follow up to the sale, from the sale staff. I hope some things have changed, but in my opinion, right now, if I had to or wanted to buy another Hyundai, it probably would not be from this dealership.

Excellent Service Department
Came to the dealership for an oil change and to check a potential cooling leak on my 2015 Santa Fe.
Service coordinator came back to me within 30 minutes with good and bad information.
Oil change no problem. Bad news was my water pump was leaking and needed replacing.
Good news (thanks to Hyundai extending my warrantee by three months due to the Covid virus) that they would replace it free. My warrantee was about to expire within four days. No problem. Rodeo and Hyundai stand behind their product.
Received a courtesy car without asking while they waited for the part and made the repair that same day.
I could not ask for better service. Rodeo Hyundai - provide a great product, stand behind their cars and take care of their customers. First rate organization. I understand why they repeatedly win awards for their service.
