Excellent Service
I was provided excellent service from the time I drove in to the time that I left. I made my appointment online and they were right on time. I was in and out as scheduled. I will be back. My service advisor was great.

Came in without an appointment for an oil change. We were attended to immediately and the service was completed in 45 min. Very professional staff.

Time promise to complete the task, first oil change

We do not have a car wash. If you would like a car wash just be prepared to wait an additional 30 min. Our washes are done by hand. We have plans to get one when we remodel our service department so we will do the best we can until we get to that point.

I didn't have appt and it was no problem .they offered me drinks and snacks and very nice waiting room and TV. Just need more female magazines!

Service is fast. More coupon savings on services more normally conducted, like oil changes, 7,500 mile service, etc.

They seem to want my business
I went in for the 18,000 mile oil change expecting a 3 figure bill (I hear the word "stealership" a lot these days). Came in less than half that. Quick attention to my arrival and work completed as written. Treated very well by the service advisor.

An overall wonderful experience compared to the poor service I experience at another local Hyundai dealership
Although I had a free oil change certificate at the other, I rather pay at another dealership where customer service reigns supreme!
