In today's environment, it's comforting to know we have a mechanic shop that does what they say, back
up their service and is fair with pricing. I also appreciate that my 4 kids have a mechanic, when in need, that will take good care of them.
Everyone at Audubon Service Center seems to care about their customers. They know what needs to be do
ne and they are very experienced. They will contact you if they find a problem when working on your vehicle to discuss a solution. I never feel that they are trying to rip me off.

If you are looking for an honest and reliable mechanic, look no further than Crab Auto. I brought my
2018 Jaguar E-Pace in because it was stalling out at every stop sign and red light. Gabby and Julian went above and beyond to get it fixed.
The communication was the best I’ve ever experienced—they sent me constant updates via text, pictures, and videos so I could see exactly what they were working on. They took the time to explain the issues with the crankcase/PCV system in detail and even showed me the damaged parts in person once they were removed.
Their integrity is unmatched. Not only did they adjust my final bill downward when their own costs ended up being lower than the estimate, but they also helped me out with extra oil at no charge when I didn't bring enough for my oil change. They truly care about their customers and aren't just trying to run up a bill.
My car is driving perfectly now with zero issues. It is rare to find a shop with this much transparency and expertise, especially for European vehicles. I’ll definitely be coming back to Gabby and Julian for all my future maintenance
