An unfortunate bolt came undone from a bracket which had to be removed to install AC resulting in the
need to fully replace the alternator and battery for my car. The professionals at RSC auto repair reached out to me regarding the claim; and after communication between the 2 technicians an approval to fully fix the damages was approved. It was unfortunate that an issue came up at all however they corrected the situation extremely quickly. Thanks for your assistance again! 🙏. -Beau
