We've been going to Shell for over 30 years, because they are honest, affordable and do amazing work.
For this visit, we had just purchased a 2021 Ford Escape, and it was making suspension noises in the front. They put it up on the list and saw that a nut had come off the bolt attaching the shock absorber to the wheel. They put on a new nut and did not charge me. This is why we use Shell. NEVER go to a dealer for repairs.
