Servicing a front strut but the service tech discovered an issue with a tensioner pulley that was spl
itting the serpentine belt. If they had not discovered the problem the belt could have failed while driving and caused serous issues. Great parka and service as always.

This is my second time having service at Audy Auto Center and the response was good with quicker turn
around on the work than originally expected. There was a minor confusion regarding my vehicle's status. But the end result was a pleasant surprise because the work was completed earlier than anticipated.
