gure out, and they diagnosed it right away. Luis and his team were super honest, walked me through everything, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs like other places do. The pricing was fair, and the work was done on time. Bonus: their “no mansplaining” policy is real—I finally felt respected at a repair shop. My car runs perfectly now, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend them to anyone in L.A. looking for honest, quality repairs!

Another great experience
I have been using One Stop Auto for repairs, and this was my first time getting an oil change. They c
alled me to let me know they had detected a nail in one of my tires and gave me a quote for fixing it. When I went to pick it up the next day, they told me the tire had not gone through the tire and therefore, didn't need the extra repair. What other auto shop provides such honest service? They are amazing, and I can't beat the additional perk of having them a block away from home. I greatly recommend them.

I was in Pasadena and got a PSI tire alert, I pulled into EMX and Robert was kind enough to inspect a
nd tire and adjust all 4 of my tire pressures without charging me or making me wait. He's a really nice guy and cared to help. I would recommend his auto repair services.
