Bill, David, and crew always provide quick service at the right price. Today was just a couple of oil
changes and state inspections. I knew going in that one vehicle needed a couple of simple things done first, before the inspection. These small items were addressed quickly and the car passed inspection quickly. I have NO problem leaving a standing agreement to fix whatever problem they may find when inspecting or fixing another problem that presents itself while providing a specific repair. Their reliability is without parallel and the pricing is always fair. Never have I had "nice to have" service pressed upon me when I drop a car off for service. Highly recommend others to stop by and meet these folks.

I had my state inspection done and brake pads replaced at Kempsville Auto Care, and once again
they did a great job. The staff is always friendly, professional, and super helpful, which makes the whole experience easy and stress-free.
My only feedback is that there is a fee when paying with a debit or credit card, and that wasn’t disclosed ahead of time. I’m not upset about it—it just would’ve been nice to know in advance.
Overall, I’ve consistently had good experiences here and would absolutely recommend Kempsville Auto Care for honest, reliable service.
