I have had my 2015 Jeep Wrangler for over 10 years with minimum issues. I discovered that had a leaki
ng issue with my jeep. I am very leary of mechanics as a woman. However, with Scott assurance as the shop's advisor, I didn't feel pressured or felt like I was going to be dupped because of my very limited knowledge about repairing a jeep. He was very thorough about explaining the issues and how we may resolve the issues expeditiously within one business day. Thank you Scott and staff.

I recently took my vehicle to Champs 2 Tire & Service to have a water pump replaced. After the servic
e was complete, and I picked up the vehicle I noticed there were a new few issues that were not present prior to me dropping the vehicle off. After speaking with the owner Brandon and pointing out the things that were not a problem before, he agreed to have me bring my vehicle back in so that he could have one of his best ASE certified techs look over everything.
They found the issue, ordered the needed parts and got the repairs completed at no additional cost!
Throughout the process there was constant communication with the status of repairs, and regular updates.
Overall, my Wife and I are very satisfied with the service we received and the overall outcome. Brandon is a stand-up guy and his staff are all a great bunch of people!
