Had scheduled an appointment to take care of a recall, when engine issues reared their ugly heads. D
ropped the car off, and was in contact with the dealership for most of the cars stay there. Staff did their best to keep me posted on the status of the repair, and vehicle was restored to operating condition.

My son and I recently with to the Northland Kia look for a car and the service we received was A1..
. A big shout- out to Lorie...she is fabulous. Lori and her A-Team were very friendly and professional they made our experience very seamless even tho I was a bit on the fence about the car.Lorie then ask the million dollar question what will it take to make a deal?...after replying she made the deal happen. Folks i have been a Gm guy for 30+years and with my recently no pressure experience from lorie and her sale team in the future i would re vist that dealership....on that note I highly and strongly recommend north land Kia dealership for great prices and A-1 customer service
