June 2023, i took my car to the shop. My car was running very rich.A few weeks later i saw a issue wi
th my car. I showed it to Pat knapp the general manager, and either one of us could explain it. Pat , talked to his manager and decided they would repair it at no cost to me.. They wanted me to be happy with my experience, and tell others. Pat went extremely out of his way to make me happy. Thanks especially to Pat.

When I brought my Mercedes Benz to Rempt Motor Co. I was anxious and didn’t know what to do. The ser
vice provided by the specialists there at the shoo was very helpful and they answered my questions and worked with me to find a solution to my vehicle issues. The office staff went above and beyond my expectations to assist me and get me back home after dropping off my vehicle. Zack was super particular to assess the vehicle needs and was able to explain what all needed to be done. I am very happy with the service and will be using these guys in the future!?

Came in today because my brakes was making noises met the mechanic name Wilson there that was very he
lpful. They looked at the car right away and even showed me what and why I was hearing noises. Was very happy that they was able to fix my car in a timely manner and got my car back the same DAY!!! Thank You guys at Norbeck Exxon!!!
