My car was misbehaving and they got me right in to fix it!

About 40 miles from home my car started flashing all kinds of warning signs, e.g. the engine symbol, check emission control , check AWD, and something about uphill traction. The car was running a little rough but was not heating up so I avoided the highway and got home. On the way I called Japanese Auto Repair and they said I could bring it in the next morning. Excellent customer service as always…

I’m not sure how long I’ve been a customer of Rossi’s, but let me say this: their service is bar none . I drive a 2006 BMW 325i with low mileage, but every time it rained, rainwater made its way to the inside of my car on the floor on the passenger side. I ignored it for a while, but on this particular visit, I spoke to Rossi’s about it. I was afraid it was gonna be an expensive repair, but surprisingly enough, the repair was a simple one and it didn’t break my bank. It was a clogged roof drain, and once the drain was cleared, the problem was solved. When I went to pick up my car, Rossi’s explained the solution in simple terms for a person like me who knows nothing about a car other than putting gas in the tank. I was contemplating selling my car and Rossi’s asked why would I do that with such low mileage? He said my car can make it to 300,000 miles, and I am nowhere near that mark on my 20 year-old car. I really appreciate every time I go to Rossi’s that they take the time to explain the repairs that need to be taken care of. Rossi’s doesn’t talk over my head and I appreciate that. Yesterday, I told a female Uber driver who who owns a 2019 BMW about Rossi’s. She told me her car is in need of repairs, but she didn’t know where to take it for service.
