alesperson, Olivia, was very respectful, knowable, and concern that all details were to my satisfaction. Two weeks ago, my vehicle was due for service. I was made aware of the vehicle exchange program, I really had no intentions of trading the vehicle purchased in Nov. 2022; however, Olivia was able to show me what I could qualify for in a new 2023. Well, after seeing what was available , I made the decision to purchase the 2023 Tucson.
