After an incompetent windshield replacement job by Safelite on my old well-loved 92 Toyota pickup , I
was freaked out and depressed by the shoddy job Safelite did, and spent 10 days trying to get their customer service to respond to me with no avail.....a great friend of mine in Nashville recommended Jack Morris highly and I gave them a call a few days ago and heard back from the manager Sherese Da Silva with two hours, she was very helpful and said I could just drive over as soon as I liked and they would check out my truck's windshield for me. I did so, and left the truck overnight and they totally corrected the shoddy work done 2 and a half weeks ago by Safelite, and they were able to salvage the same windshield so it was not very expensive ,and looks a heck of a lot better on the outside trim than it did after the Safelite guy worked on it.......THESE PEOPLE AT JACK MORRIS IN NASHVILLE ARE THE BEST......take it from a guy who always gets screwed first before he finds the right guys to begin with.....I believe the techs name is Jonathan and he really explained things to me so that I could understand what he was going to do, and it looks great on the outside and he did say the original Safelite glue job was really bad, so he did it right. I really appreciate what they did for me !! I have been in Nashville since the 1970s and know a lot of people, and they will all soon know where the best Auto Glass shop in Tennessee is...I gotta big mouth so everybody's gonna know about these guys !! I called several different companies before deciding on Jack Morris. The experience was so much more
than I expected. The staff was wonderful and very engaging - which is important if you have to stay with your car. The car was finished in about 90 minutes, which is far quicker than their estimate. The price was extremely reasonable. I have no complaints, and I highly already recommended them.
