o on my own. They were very helpful with suggestions. After I tried all of the suggestions with no perfect results. Finally took the van in. Within 24 hours I had the van back with it fixed! Their findings were completely different than I first had thought it was. But after the fix, I remembered other problems that really really went along with their mystery finds. It was quite a puzzle and I really think Universal MotorCars found the problem and fixed it. The best part, they didn’t overcharge me. I appreciate their honesty. Thank you UMC!
